How it works

1. Activate PuPu UFO by tapping it, putting Rakdos Carnarium from your hand onto the battlefield.

4. Resolve the Stone-Seeder Hierophant trigger, untapping it.
5. Activate Stone-Seeder Hierophant by tapping it, untapping PuPu UFO as it is a land due to Ashaya.
6. Repeat.

With PuPu UFO repeatedly dropping Rakdos Carnarium onto the battlefield from your hand, each entry triggers Stone-Seeder Hierophant's landfall ability while simultaneously bouncing Rakdos Carnarium back to your hand due to its own ETB restriction.
