How it works

1. Activate PuPu UFO by tapping it, putting Orzhov Basilica from your hand onto the battlefield.
2. When Orzhov Basilica enters, it and Stone-Seeder Hierophant trigger.
3. Resolve the Orzhov Basilica trigger, returning it from the battlefield to your hand.
4. Resolve the Stone-Seeder Hierophant trigger, untapping it.
5. Activate Stone-Seeder Hierophant by tapping it, untapping PuPu UFO as it is a land due to Ashaya.
6. Repeat.

This clever loop turns your entire creature base into a well-oiled mana engine, leaning entirely on Ashaya, Soul of the Wild to make every nontoken creature a Forest land in addition to its other types. That type transformation is what allows Stone-Seeder Hierophant to untap PuPu UFO directly through its landfall trigger and tap ability. Meanwhile, PuPu UFO uses its tap ability to repeatedly cheat Orzhov Basilica into play from your hand, which immediately bounces itself back to your hand via its own enters-the-battlefield trigger and fuels the next cycle.
