How it works
Activate Vault of Catlacan by tapping it, adding at least .
Cast Shrieking Drake by paying its mana cost.
When Shrieking Drake enters as a land due to Ashaya, it and Stone-Seeder Hierophant trigger.
Resolve the Shrieking Drake trigger, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield.
Resolve the Stone-Seeder Hierophant trigger, untapping it.
Activate Stone-Seeder Hierophant by tapping it, untapping Vault of Catlacan.
Repeat.
This clever loop relies on Ashaya, Soul of the Wild to turn your nontoken creatures into Forests, transforming each creature drop into a land drop that triggers Stone-Seeder Hierophant's landfall ability. With Stone-Seeder Hierophant untapping whenever a creature-land enters, you can constantly untap Vault of Catlacan (the transformed side of Storm the Vault) to generate massive amounts of blue and colored mana. Meanwhile, casting Shrieking Drake provides the self-bouncing creature required to loop infinitely, using its own enters-the-battlefield trigger to return itself to your hand so you can recast it endlessly.
