How it works

1. Activate Stone-Seeder Hierophant by tapping it, untapping a land you control.
2. Activate that land by tapping it, adding .
3. Cast Shrieking Drake by paying .
4. Chulane triggers, causing you to draw a card and put Oboro, Palace in the Clouds from your hand onto the battlefield.
5. When Oboro, Palace in the Clouds enters the battlefield, Stone-Seeder Hierophant triggers, untapping itself.
6. Activate Oboro's first ability by tapping it, adding .
7. Activate Oboro's second ability by paying 1, returning it from the battlefield to your hand.
8. Shrieking Drake enters the battlefield, triggering itself, returning itself from the battlefield to your hand.
9. Repeat.
