How it works

1. Activate Stone-Seeder Hierophant by tapping it, untapping a land you control.
2. Activate that land by tapping it, adding .
3. Cast Shrieking Drake by paying one mana.
4. Chulane triggers, causing you to draw a card and put Izzet Boilerworks from your hand onto the battlefield.
5. When Izzet Boilerworks enters the battlefield, it triggers itself and Stone-Seeder Hierophant.
6. Resolve the Stone-Seeder Hierophant trigger, untapping it.
7. Resolve the Izzet Boilerworks trigger, returning it from the battlefield to your hand.
8. Shrieking Drake enters the battlefield, triggering itself, returning itself from the battlefield to your hand.
9. Repeat.
