How it works

  1. Activate Evereth by sacrificing Geralf's Mindcrusher
  2. When Geralf's Mindcrusher dies, its undying ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with a +1/+1 counter on it.
  3. When Geralf's Mindcrusher enters, it triggers, causing a player to mill 5 cards.
  4. Resolve the Evereth ability.
  5. Activate Evereth by sacrificing Geralf's Mindcrusher
  6. When Geralf's Mindcrusher dies, its persist ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with a -1/-1 counter on it.
  7. When Geralf's Mindcrusher enters, it triggers, causing a player to mill 5 cards.
  8. Resolve the Evereth ability.
  9. Repeat.
