How it works

1. Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library.
2. Shabraz triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on it and causing you to gain 1 life.
3. Cast Sensei's Divining Top from the top of your library by paying 0 and removing a counter from a creature you control.
4. Repeat.

This engine turns the top of your library into an endless card-draw machine by looping Sensei's Divining Top over and over again. Thanks to Enthusiastic Mechanaut reducing the artifact's mana cost down to zero, you can play it straight off the library using Falco Spara, Pactweaver's static ability, which lets you pay costs by stripping a counter off any creature instead of spending mana. Every time you tap the Top to draw, Shabraz, the Skyshark swoops in to trigger its passive lifegain and growth ability, netting you massive stats and infinite triggers as you spin the Top endlessly.
