How it works

1. Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library.
2. Shabraz triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on it and causing you to gain 1 life.
3. Cast Sensei's Divining Top from the top of your library by paying 0 and removing a counter from a creature you control.
4. Repeat.

This clever engine transforms Sensei's Divining Top into a self-sustaining draw machine by leveraging Falco Spara, Pactweaver's ability to let you cast spells from the top of your library using counters instead of mana. Because Cemetery Prowler reduces the cost of artifact spells you cast by exiling a matching card type from a graveyard, Sensei's Divining Top's mana value drops to zero, allowing Falco Spara to recast it repeatedly by consuming the counters generated by the loop. Every iteration not only cycles the Top back to your hand and library, but also feeds Shabraz, the Skyshark, triggering its passive growth and life gain with every single card drawn.
