How it works

1. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Cult Conscript, adding .
2. Activate Cult Conscript by paying 1, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield.
3. Quintorius triggers, creating a creature token.
4. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing the creature tokens, adding 1.
5. Repeat.

This loop sets up a self-sustaining cycle where Cult Conscript endlessly sacrifices itself to Phyrexian Altar for black mana, which then funds the Conscript's own return from the graveyard. Every time the Conscript leaves your graveyard, Quintorius, Field Historian triggers to spawn a 3/2 Spirit creature token—a token that not only receives a static +1/+0 buff from Quintorius itself, but can also be fed right back into Phyrexian Altar to generate the generic mana needed to complete the loop.
