How it works

1. Activate a basic Forest or Plains by tapping it, adding G/W
2. Activate Earthcraft by tapping Lurrus, untapping the Forest or Plains.
3. Optionally, you may repeat steps 1 and 2, tapping Saffi instead.
4. Activate Saffi by sacrificing it, targeting Lurrus.
5. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Lurrus, adding G/W.
6. When Lurrus dies, Saffi triggers, returning Lurrus from your graveyard to the battlefield.
7. Cast Saffi from your graveyard by paying .
8. Repeat.
9. This combo nets infinite colored mana if you control a basic Forest and a basic Plains, or infinite mana lands you control can produce otherwise.

This ingenious loop turns a modest graveyard recursion engine into an infinite mana fountain by leveraging the persistent support of Earthcraft and Phyrexian Altar. With Earthcraft allowing your creatures to untap your lands—or itself be fueled by a creature tapped for mana—you can generate the initial resources needed to cast Saffi Eriksdotter out of your graveyard. Meanwhile, Lurrus of the Dream-Den’s static ability is the linchpin that lets you recast Saffi directly from the graveyard turn after turn, creating an endless cycle of sacrifice, resurrection, and mana generation.
