How it works

1. Activate Glare of Subdual by tapping an untapped creature you control, tapping a creature an opponent controls.
2. Verity Circle triggers, causing you to draw a card.
3. Activate Mind over Matter by discarding a card, untapping a creature you control.
4. Repeat.
5. You may also repeat this loop during each turn.

This locking mechanism relies on Mind Over Matter to act as an infinite engine, letting you discard a card to untap the creature you just used. By leveraging Glare of Subdual, you can tap that creature to lock down an opponent's creature, which in turn triggers Verity Circle to continuously replenish your hand with fresh cards. Because Mind Over Matter allows you to repeat this process at instant speed on any turn, you can use Verity Circle's triggered ability to draw cards while systematically tapping down every creature your opponents control.
