How it works

1. Activate Viscera Seer by sacrificing Rograkh.
2. When Rograkh dies, Mortuary and Remembrance trigger.
3. Resolve the Mortuary trigger, putting Rograkh from your graveyard on top of your library.
4. Resolve the Remembrance trigger, searching your library for Rograkh and putting it into your hand.
5. Resolve the Viscera Seer ability, causing you to scry 1.
6. Cast Rograkh by paying 0.
7. Repeat.

This clever loop hinges entirely on the zero-mana casting cost of Rograkh, Son of Rohgahh, allowing you to feed your commander into Viscera Seer to begin the chain. As Rograkh hits the graveyard, Mortuary quietly repositions the kobold directly onto the top of your library just in time for Remembrance to trigger, searching out a fresh copy from your deck and sliding it straight into your hand. Because Viscera Seer lets you sacrifice Rograkh for zero mana and Rograkh costs nothing to recast, you can repeat this process endlessly to farm a massive storm count and trigger any number of death, sacrifice, and entry events.
