How it works

1. Activate Viscera Seer by sacrificing Body Double.
2. When Body Double leaves the battlefield, its Vesperlark ability triggers, returning itself from your graveyard to the battlefield as a copy of Vesperlark.
3. Resolve the Viscera Seer ability.
4. Repeat.

This elegant loop turns a graveyard into an endless cycle of sacrifice and rebirth, masterminded by Viscera Seer to churn through your entire library with infinite scry triggers. The trick relies on Body Double entering the battlefield as a copy of Vesperlark, inheriting that elemental's leaves-the-battlefield trigger while bypassing its usual evoke-sac fate. Because Vesperlark's ability targets any creature with power 1 or less—which a copied Vesperlark proudly satisfies—sacrificing it to Viscera Seer lets it immediately pull itself right back out of the graveyard to do it all over again.
