How it works

1. Activate Viscera Seer by sacrificing Karmic Guide.
2. When Karmic Guide dies, Prowling Geistcatcher's first ability triggers, exiling Karmic Guide from your graveyard.
3. Activate Viscera Seer by sacrificing Prowling Geistcatcher.
4. When Prowling Geistcatcher dies, its second ability triggers, returning Karmic Guide from exile to the battlefield.
5. When Karmic Guide enters the battlefield, it triggers, returning Prowling Geistcatcher from your graveyard to the battlefield.
6. Resolve the Viscera Seer abilities from step 1 and step 3, causing you to scry 1 twice.
7. Repeat.

This clever loop relies on a continuous cycle of sacrifice and resurrection, fueled by Viscera Seer to churn through your deck with infinite scry triggers. As you feed creatures to Viscera Seer, Prowling Geistcatcher cleverly scoops them up into exile instead of letting them stay in the graveyard, simultaneously growing with +1/+1 counters if any tokens were involved. The real magic happens when you sacrifice Prowling Geistcatcher itself, releasing everything it held back onto the battlefield—specifically bringing back Karmic Guide, whose own entry trigger immediately plucks Prowling Geistcatcher right back out of the graveyard to restart the loop.
