How it works

1. Activate Viscera Seer by sacrificing Slurrk.
2. When Slurrk dies, its innate ability and persist ability trigger.
3. Resolve Slurrk's innate ability, putting a +1/+1 counter on each creature you control that already has a +1/+1 counter on it.
4. Resolve Slurrk's persist ability, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with four +1/+1 counters on it due to its replacement effect.
5. Resolve the Viscera Seer ability.
6. Repeat.

This ingenious loop uses Isilu, Carrier of Twilight (the transformed face of Eirdu, Carrier of Dawn) to grant persist to Slurrk, All-Ingesting, creating an endless cycle of sacrifice and rebirth with Viscera Seer. Whenever Slurrk meets its end, its own trigger distributes +1/+1 counters to your other creatures while its new persist ability brings it right back to the battlefield. Because those fresh counters immediately cancel out the -1/+1 counter from persist, Slurrk is left perpetually ready to be sacrificed again for endless scries and triggers.
