How it works

1. Cast the artifact by paying 0.
2. Toph, Hardheaded Teacher triggers, earthbending Azorius Chancery.
3. Resolve the artifact spell.
4. Activate Viscera Seer by sacrificing Azorius Chancery.
5. When Azorius Chancery dies, Toph, Hardheaded Teach triggers, returning Azorius Chancery from your graveyard to the battlefield tapped.
6. When Azorius Chancery enters, it triggers, returning the artifact cast in step 1 from the battlefield to your hand, as it's a land due to Toph, the First Metalbender.
7. Resolve the Viscera Seer ability
8. Repeat.

This clever loop relies on Toph, the First Metalbender to fundamentally rewrite the rules of your board, turning your free nontoken artifacts into lands. With that foundation set, casting your free artifact triggers Toph, Hardheaded Teacher to animate Azorius Chancery into a land creature via earthbend. You then sacrifice that land-creature to Viscera Seer to fuel a scry and trigger its death clause. Thanks to Toph's lingering protection, Azorius Chancery returns straight to the battlefield tapped, where its own entry trigger forces you to bounce your original artifact back to hand—ready to cast all over again for an infinite storm of triggers.
