How it works

1. Activate Viscera Seer by sacrificing any other creature.
2. Dictate of Erebos triggers, causing each opponent to sacrifice a creature.
3. Overseer of the Damned triggers for each nontoken creature an opponent sacrificed, creating a 2/2 Zombie creature token for each trigger.
4. Resolve the Viscera Seer trigger, causing you to scry 1.
5. Repeat.
6. You may also repeat this loop any time a nontoken creature enters the battlefield under the control of an opponent who controls no token creatures.
