How it works

1. Cause Orcish Vandal to become an artifact using Phyrexian Scriptures.
2. Activate Orcish Vandal by tapping it, dealing 2 damage to Smaug.
3. Smaug triggers, creating two Treasure tokens.
4. Activate Clock of Omens by tapping the Treasures, untapping Orcish Vandal.
5. Repeat from step 2.

This ingenious loop transforms your own dragon into an absolute engine of wealth, relying on Phyrexian Scriptures to turn Orcish Vandal into an artifact so it can fuel the whole machinery. You use the newly-minted artifact version of Orcish Vandal to ping Smaug the Impenetrable for 2 damage, triggering the dragon's wrath-born greed to mint a pair of Treasure tokens. Those very same treasures are then fed to Clock of Omens to untap your pyromaniac vandal, letting you repeat the entire cycle to generate infinite artifact tokens and infinite ETB triggers in legal formats like Commander and Legacy.
