How it works
Activate Void Attendant by paying 1 and putting a card an opponent owns from exile into their graveyard, creating a 1/1 Eldrazi Scion creature token.
When the Eldrazi Scion enters the battlefield as a Rat due to Arcane Adaptation, Lord Skitter's first ability triggers, exiling a card from an opponent's graveyard.
Activate the Eldrazi Scion by sacrificing it, adding C.
When the Eldrazi Scion dies, Pitiless Plunderer triggers, creating a Treasure artifact token.
Activate the Treasure by tapping and sacrificing it, adding .
Repeat.
By declaring Rats as the chosen creature type with Arcane Adaptation, every single token produced in this loop becomes a Rat the moment it hits the battlefield. This sudden rodent identity lets Void Attendant's Eldrazi Scion trigger Lord Skitter, Sewer King's graveyard-clearing ability upon entry, while also feeding an opponent's exiled cards right back into the graveyard to pay for the Void Attendant's activation cost. Meanwhile, Pitiless Plunderer watches these Scions die and turns each sacrifice into a gleaming Treasure token. Between the mana from the Scions and Treasures, you have a completely self-sustaining engine that endlessly recycles your opponents' resources while churning out infinite enter-the-battlefield, death, and sacrifice triggers.
