How it works

1. Gain any amount of life.
2. Trudge Garden triggers, causing you to pay 2 to create a 4/4 Fungus Beast creature token.
3. When the Fungus Beast enters, Elas il-Kor triggers.
4. Holding priority, activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing the Fungus Beast, adding 1.
5. When the Fungus Beast dies, Elas il-Kor and Pitiless Plunderer trigger.
6. Resolve the Pitiless Plunderer trigger, creating a Treasure token.
7. Holding priority, activate the Treasure by tapping and sacrificing it, adding 1.
8. Resolve the Elas il-Kor trigger from step 5, causing each opponent to lose life.
9. Resolve the Elas il-Kor trigger from step 3, causing you to gain life.
10. Repeat from step 2.
