How it works
Activate Lotus Petal by tapping and sacrificing it, adding .
Activate Tameshi by paying and returning any land to your hand from the battlefield, returning Lotus Petal from your graveyard to the battlefield.
When Lotus Petal enters the battlefield, Kodama of the East Tree triggers, putting a land from your hand onto the battlefield.
If the land enters the battlefield untapped and can produce mana, you may activate it by tapping it, adding at least 1.
Repeat.
This clever loop turns the recursion of Tameshi, Reality Architect into an engine by leveraging Lotus Petal as a cheap, recurring trigger. Because Lotus Petal enters the battlefield from the graveyard, it reliably sets off Kodama of the East Tree's triggered ability to instantly cheat the land you bounced right back onto the battlefield. As long as that land enters untapped and can produce mana, it offsets the cost to keep the cycle going while triggering Tameshi, Reality Architect's card draw along the way.
