How it works

1. Activate Goblin Warrens by paying 2 and sacrificing two Goblins, creating three 1/1 Goblin creature tokens.
2. When the Goblins enter the battlefield, Mana Echoes triggers three times, adding CCC for each Goblin you control.
3. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing a Goblin, adding .
4. Repeat.

This explosive loop turns a modest pile of goblins into an endless storm of life and death, fueled entirely by the synergistic geometry of your tribe. You begin by paying into Goblin Warrens to churn out a fresh batch of tokens, which immediately causes Mana Echoes to trigger multiple times for each newcomer and flood your pool with massive amounts of colorless mana. From there, Phyrexian Altar lets you feed those very same goblins to generate the colored mana you need to keep paying the Warrens' activation cost. Because Mana Echoes scales with every creature sharing that type, your mana production quickly outpaces what you put in, yielding infinite sacrifices, triggers, and colorless mana across Commander, Legacy, Oathbreaker, PreDH, Premodern, and Vintage.
