How it works

1. At the beginning of your end step, Lita triggers.
2. In response, activate artifact creatures by tapping them to add at least 2.
3. Continuing to hold priority, activate The Peregrine Dynamo by paying 1 and tapping it, copying Lita's triggered ability.
4. Resolve the copied ability, untapping all artifact creatures you control.
5. Repeat from step 2.
