How it works

1. Activate Tezzeret's first loyalty ability by putting a loyalty counter on it, targeting Mana Vault and The Peregrine Dynamo.
2. Holding priority, activate Mana Vault by tapping it, adding CCC
3. Activate The Peregrine Dynamo by paying 1 and tapping it, copying Tezzeret's ability, targeting Mana Vault and The Peregrine Dynamo.
4. Resolve the copy of Tezzeret's ability, untapping Mana Vault and The Peregrine Dynamo.
5. Repeat from step 2.
