How it works

1. Activate Tezzeret's first loyalty ability by putting a loyalty counter on it, targeting Arc Reactor and The Peregrine Dynamo.
2. Holding priority, activate Arc Reactor by tapping it, adding CCC
3. Activate The Peregrine Dynamo by paying 1 and tapping it, copying Tezzeret's ability, targeting Arc Reactor and The Peregrine Dynamo.
4. Resolve the copy of Tezzeret's ability, untapping Arc Reactor and The Peregrine Dynamo.
5. Repeat from step 2.

This clever loop centers around Tezzeret the Seeker using his first loyalty ability to untap both The Peregrine Dynamo and Arc Reactor. Because Arc Reactor taps to produce a massive three colorless mana, you have more than enough power to feed The Peregrine Dynamo's ability, which copies Tezzeret the Seeker's untap targets right back onto the pair. This self-sustaining cycle lets you continuously untap your board and reap infinite colorless mana from Arc Reactor's generous output.
