How it works

1. Activate Teferi's first loyalty ability by putting a loyalty counter on it.
2. Holding priority, activate the mana-producing permanents by tapping them, adding at least 2.
3. Activate The Peregrine Dynamo by paying 1 and tapping it, copying Teferi's ability.
4. Resolve the copy of Teferi's ability, untapping The Peregrine Dynamo and the mana producing artifact/land, and causing you to gain two life.
5. Repeat from step 2.
