How it works

1. Activate Gideon's first loyalty ability by putting two loyalty counters on it.
2. Holding priority, activate all mana-producing creatures you control by tapping them, adding at least 2.
3. Activate The Peregrine Dynamo by paying 1 and tapping it, copying Gideon's ability.
4. Resolve the copy of Gideon's ability, untapping all creatures you control and giving them +1/+1 until end of turn.
5. Repeat from step 2.
