How it works

1. Activate Shaman en-Kor's first ability by paying 0, targeting Daru Spiritualist.
2. Daru Spiritualist triggers, causing itself to get +0/+2 until end of turn.
3. Resolve the Shaman en-Kor ability, causing the next one damage dealt to Shaman en-Kor this turn to be dealt to Daru Spiritualist instead.
4. Repeat an arbitrarily large number of times.
5. Cast Worthy Cause by paying and sacrificing Daru Spiritualist, causing you to gain life equal to Daru Spiritualist's toughness.

This classic combination transforms a humble Cleric into an absolute titan of toughness by leveraging Shaman en-Kor's zero-mana redirection ability to repeatedly target Daru Spiritualist. Because Daru Spiritualist's passive ability triggers every single time it becomes targeted by an ability—even one that costs nothing and deals no actual damage—its toughness climbs to an astronomically high number.
