How it works

1. Activate Shaman en-Kor's first ability by paying 0, targeting Daru Spiritualist.
2. Daru Spiritualist triggers, causing itself to get +0/+2 until end of turn.
3. Resolve the Shaman en-Kor ability, causing the next one damage dealt to Shaman en-Kor this turn to be dealt to Daru Spiritualist instead.
4. Repeat an arbitrarily large number of times.
5. Activate Ayli's first ability by paying 1 and sacrificing Daru Spiritualist, causing you to gain life equal to Daru Spiritualist's toughness.

This elegant loop relies on the remarkable synergy between Daru Spiritualist and Shaman en-Kor, transforming a zero-cost redirection ability into a massive toughness-boosting engine. Because Shaman en-Kor can repeatedly target your own creatures for free, you can trigger Daru Spiritualist's protective ability an arbitrary number of times, driving its toughness up into the stratosphere. Once you have reached an astronomical toughness value, you simply feed the giant Cleric to Ayli, Eternal Pilgrim, cashing in that inflated stat line to gain an absurd amount of life through Ayli's sacrifice ability.
