How it works

1. Activate Shaman en-Kor's first ability by paying 0, targeting Daru Spiritualist.
2. Daru Spiritualist triggers, causing itself to get +0/+2 until end of turn.
3. Resolve the Shaman en-Kor ability, causing the next one damage dealt to Shaman en-Kor this turn to be dealt to Daru Spiritualist instead.
4. Repeat an arbitrarily large number of times.
5. Activate Disciple of Griselbrand by paying 1 and sacrificing Daru Spiritualist, causing you to gain life equal to Daru Spiritualist's toughness.

This elegant synergy relies on Daru Spiritualist's triggered ability, which grows its toughness by two each time it is targeted by a spell or ability. By repeatedly aiming Shaman en-Kor's zero-cost redirection ability at your own Daru Spiritualist, you can pump its toughness infinitely without spending any mana. Once its toughness reaches astronomical heights, you feed the giant Cleric to Disciple of Griselbrand's sacrifice ability to gain an arbitrarily large amount of life.
