How it works

1. Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library.
2. Cast Sensei's Divining Top from the top of your library by paying 0 and removing a counter from a creature you control.
3. When Sensei's Divining Top enters, Captain Storm triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on Captain Storm.
4. Repeat.

This ingenious loop turns Sensei's Divining Top into a self-replacing engine by letting you draw it and immediately recast it from the top of your library. While Falco Spara, Pactweaver grants the vital ability to cast spells off the top using creature counters as an alternative payment, Stone Calendar steps in to completely eliminate the mana cost, making the casting free. Finally, Captain Storm, Cosmium Raider acts as the perfect catalyst, continuously replacing the counters consumed by Falco Spara each time the Top re-enters the battlefield as an artifact.
