How it works
During an opponent's turn, activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing another creature, adding U/B.
Kels triggers, and The Watcher in the Water's second ability triggers if the sacrificed creature was a Tentacle.
Resolve the Watcher in the Water trigger, if applicable, untapping up to one Kraken and putting a stun counter on up to one permanent.
Resolve the Kels trigger, causing you to pay U/B to draw a card.
The Watcher in the Water's first ability triggers, creating a 1/1 Tentacle creature token.
Repeat.
This clever loop is fueled by Phyrexian Altar, which provides the sacrificial outlet needed to feed Kels, Fight Fixer while simultaneously generating the hybrid mana required to pay Kels's triggered ability. Every time you sacrifice a creature, Kels lets you draw a card, which in turn triggers The Watcher in the Water to churn out a fresh 1/1 blue Tentacle creature token on your opponent's turn. Because that newly created Tentacle can be immediately fed back into Phyrexian Altar to restart the process, you turn every iteration into a self-sustaining engine of infinite card draw and creature sacrifices.
