How it works

1. Animate Sceptre of Eternal Glory using Bring to Life.
2. Activate Sceptre of Eternal Glory by tapping it, adding three mana of any color
3. Activate Voltaic Construct by paying 2, untapping Sceptre of Eternal Glory.
4. Repeat from step 2.

By using Bring to Life from Animating Faerie, you transform Sceptre of Eternal Glory from a standard mana rock into an active artifact creature. Once it's a creature, you can tap Sceptre of Eternal Glory for three mana and use just two of that mana to activate Voltaic Construct, untapping Sceptre of Eternal Glory and leaving you with a net surplus of one colored mana each cycle. This creates an endless loop of activation and untapping, yielding infinite colored mana alongside an infinitely untapping artifact creature.
