How it works
Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Orzhov Enforcer, adding CC.
When Orzhov Enforcer dies, its afterlife ability triggers, creating a 1/1 Spirit creature token.
Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing the Spirit, adding CC.
Activate Prismite by paying 1, adding .
Activate Kenrith's fifth ability by paying 2, returning Orzhov Enforcer to the battlefield from your graveyard.
Repeat.
Once you have infinite mana, you may use it to activate Kenrith's other abilities.
This clever loop revolves around Zirda, the Dawnwaker's cost-reduction ability, which turns Kenrith, the Returned King's graveyard-recursion ability into a bargain that costs just {2}{B} instead of {4}{B}. To fuel this, Ashnod's Altar converts your creatures into colorless mana, while Prismite steps in to filter that surplus into the black mana required for Kenrith's activation. The cycle is anchored by Orzhov Enforcer, whose afterlife 1 mechanic replaces itself with a Spirit token upon death, supplying a fresh sacrifice for Ashnod's Altar to keep the engine running smoothly. Once this infinite loop is established, you generate boundless mana and resources to leverage all of Kenrith's other activated abilities for a sweeping victory.
