How it works

1. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Gerrard and any two other nontoken creatures, adding six C.
2. Nim Deathmantle and Gerrard trigger.
3. Resolve the Nim Deathmantle trigger, causing you to pay 4 to return Gerrard from your graveyard to the battlefield, and attach Nim Deathmantle to it.
4. Resolve the Gerrard trigger, returning all artifact and creature cards that were put into your graveyard this turn from your graveyard onto the battlefield.
5. Repeat.
