How it works

1. Cast Ebondeath from your graveyard by paying due to Green Goblin.
2. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Ebondeath, adding .
3. When Ebondeath dies, Sifter of Skulls triggers, creating a creature token.
4. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing the creature token, adding .
5. Repeat.

This clever recursion loop turns Norman Osborn // Green Goblin into a graveyard-casting powerhouse, as the Goblin Formula passive ability lets you cast Ebondeath, Dracolich straight from your graveyard by paying its discounted mana cost. Once Ebondeath enters the battlefield, you can sacrifice it to Phyrexian Altar to generate mana, which in turn triggers Sifter of Skulls to spawn an Eldrazi Scion token whenever another nontoken creature dies. Sacrificing that token back to Phyrexian Altar yields the exact mana needed to recast Ebondeath, creating an endless cycle of sacrifices, deaths, and storm count generation.
