How it works
Activate up to five lands by tapping them, adding at least 2.
Cast Peregrine Drake by paying its mana cost.
When Peregrine Drake enters, it triggers twice. Resolve the first trigger, untapping five lands.
Holding priority, activate up to five lands by tapping them, adding at least 2.
Resolve the second Peregrine Drake trigger, untapping five lands.
Cast Stonecloaker by paying its mana cost.
When Stonecloaker enters, it triggers twice, returning it and Peregrine Drake from the battlefield to your hand.
Repeat.
This ingenious loop uses the doubling power of Panharmonicon to turn ordinary land-untapping into a self-sustaining engine. When you cast Peregrine Drake, its entry triggers twice to untap up to ten lands total, more than paying back the mana needed for the cycle. By casting Stonecloaker with flash, its own double-triggered entry allows you to bounce both itself and the Peregrine Drake right back to your hand. This resets the entire sequence so you can recast everything, generating infinite mana, enters-the-battlefield triggers, and storm count along the way.
