How it works

1. Cast Wheel of Misfortune by paying 2, choosing an arbitrarily large number and having Wheel of Misfortune deal that much damage to Spitemare instead of you due to Pariah if you chose the largest number.
2. Spitemare triggers, dealing that much damage to an applicable target.

This volatile alchemy hinges on turning Wheel of Misfortune's self-inflicted punishment into a lethal weapon, fueled by choosing an arbitrarily large number so that the spell deals massive damage to your own Spitemare. Thanks to Pariah enchanting that Spitemare, all of that devastating damage is redirected away from you and straight into the creature instead. In turn, Spitemare's triggered ability awakens upon taking damage, instantly reflecting that exact same colossal amount right at an opponent's face to close out the game in a single fiery burst.
