How it works

1. Activate Atla by paying 2 and tapping it, creating an 0/1 Egg creature token with defender.
2. Activate Ghired by tapping a nontoken creature you control, creating a copy of the Egg token.
3. Activate Phantom Train by sacrificing an Egg token.
4. When the Egg dies, Atla triggers, causing you to reveal cards from the top of your library until you reveal a creature card and put it onto the battlefield.
5. Resolve the Phantom Train ability.
6. Repeat from step 2.

This engine leverages Atla Palani, Nest Tender to continuously churn out and sacrifice 0/1 Egg creature tokens, fueling Phantom Train with endless fodder while triggering Atla's death ability to empty your library of every single creature card. Meanwhile, Ghired, Mirror of the Wilds serves as the mechanical engine, using its tap ability to rapidly replicate those newly created token copies the turn they enter. To ensure you don't have to wait around for your newly cheated-in army to attack, Hammer of Purphoros grants your entire board global haste, allowing you to immediately tap your nontoken creatures into Ghired's copying loop and overwhelm the table.
