How it works

1. Activate Atla by paying 2 and tapping it, creating an 0/1 Egg creature token with defender.
2. Activate Ghired by tapping a nontoken creature you control, creating a copy of the Egg token.
3. Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing an Egg token.
4. When the Egg dies, Atla triggers, causing you to reveal cards from the top of your library until you reveal a creature card and put it onto the battlefield.
5. Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability.
6. Repeat from step 2.

By combining the token-copying ability granted by Ghired, Mirror of the Wilds with Atla Palani, Nest Tender's egg-making, you set up a recursive loop where sacrificing an Egg to Altar of Dementia triggers Atla to cheat a creature straight from your library onto the battlefield. Concordant Crossroads makes sure everything is ready to tap right away, while Ghired's haste grant keeps your freshly-summoned creatures instantly able to tap and copy more eggs. The result is a cascading engine that mills away your opponents' libraries while dumping every single creature out of your own deck and onto the battlefield in one fell swoop.
