How it works

  1. Activate Atla by paying 2 and tapping it, creating a 0/1 Egg creature token.
  2. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing the Egg, adding CC.
  3. The Egg dies, triggering Atla twice.
  4. Resolve the first Atla trigger, untapping it.
  5. Resolve the second Atla trigger, revealing cards from the top of your library until you reveal a creature card, then putting the creature card onto the battlefield and all other revealed cards on the bottom of your library.
  6. Repeat.
