How it works

1. Activate Atla by paying 2 and tapping it, creating an 0/1 Egg creature token with defender.
2. Activate Ghired by tapping a nontoken creature you control, creating a copy of the Egg token.
3. Activate Shilgengar by sacrificing an Egg token.
4. When the Egg dies, Atla triggers, causing you to reveal cards from the top of your library until you reveal a creature card and put it onto the battlefield.
5. Resolve the Shilgengar ability.
6. Repeat from step 2.

Atla Palani, Nest Tender acts as our primary seed by churning out vulnerable Eggs, which Shilgengar, Sire of Famine gladly harvests to fuel sacrifice triggers while generating Blood tokens. Whenever one of those Eggs perishes, Atla's death trigger cheats the top creature from your library straight onto the battlefield, letting you rapidly deploy your entire creature base. Ghired, Mirror of the Wilds weaves this engine together by granting its copy-making activated ability to your nontoken creatures, allowing you to endlessly duplicate the fresh Egg tokens on demand. Meanwhile, Temur Ascendancy ensures your team enters with haste right away while rewarding every heavy-hitting arrival with extra card draw.
