How it works
- Activate Bloodflow Connoisseur by sacrificing another creature.
- When the creature dies as an Egg due to Rukarumel, Atla triggers, revealing a creature card from your library and putting it onto the battlefield.
- Resolve the Bloodflow Connoisseur ability.
- Repeat as desired / able.
With Rukarumel, Biologist on the field naming "Egg," every nontoken creature you control—including Rukarumel, Bloodflow Connoisseur, and whatever you pull from your library—gains the Egg creature type in addition to its other types. This sets up a vicious loop where Bloodflow Connoisseur can sacrifice your creatures directly to its own ability, and because they are Eggs, their deaths trigger Atla Palani, Nest Tender. Every time Atla Palani responds to the sacrifice, she immediately cheats another creature off the top of your library and onto the battlefield to replace the one you lost, fueling near-infinite growth for Bloodflow Connoisseur while cycling through your entire creature lineup.
