How it works

1. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing a nontoken Egg or a nontoken creature with changeling, adding one mana of any color.
2. When the creature dies, Atla Palani and Mortuary trigger.
3. Resolve the Mortuary trigger, putting the creature on top of your library from your graveyard.
4. Resolve the Atla Palani trigger, revealing the creature from the top of your library and then putting it onto the battlefield.
5. Repeat.

This delightful loop turns the circle of life into an infinite engine by leveraging a creature with changeling as both an Egg and a sacrifice staple. By feeding your changeling creature to Phyrexian Altar, you generate a mana of any color while triggering both Mortuary and Atla Palani, Nest Tender simultaneously. Mortuary ensures your sacrificed creature goes right back to the top of your library, allowing Atla Palani's triggered ability to immediately flip it back onto the battlefield to repeat the process.
