How it works

1. Activate Atla by paying 2 and tapping it, creating an 0/1 Egg creature token with defender.
2. Activate Ghired by tapping a nontoken creature you control, creating a copy of the Egg token.
3. Activate Shilgengar by sacrificing an Egg token.
4. When the Egg dies, Atla triggers, causing you to reveal cards from the top of your library until you reveal a creature card and put it onto the battlefield.
5. Resolve the Shilgengar ability.
6. Repeat from step 2.

This loop relies on Atla Palani, Nest Tender to populate your board with fragile Egg tokens, which Ghired, Mirror of the Wilds can seamlessly copy the turn they enter thanks to its granted ability. When you feed those duplicate Eggs to Shilgengar, Sire of Famine, his sacrifice outlet converts them into Blood tokens while instantly triggering Atla Palani, Nest Tender's ability to cheat every single creature card from your library straight onto the battlefield. While not explicitly part of the active loop steps, the presence of Maelstrom Wanderer ensures your newly deployed creatures immediately benefit from haste alongside the haste already granted by Ghired, Mirror of the Wilds, allowing you to cycle through the entire creature suite of your deck in a single explosive turn.
