How it works

1. Cast Petals of Insight by discarding Separatist Voidmage.
2. Conspiracy Theorist triggers, exiling Separatist Voidmage and allowing you to cast it from exile this turn.
3. Resolve Petals of Insight, putting the top three cards of your library on the bottom of your library, and returning Petals of Insight to your hand.
4. Cast Separatist Voidmage from exile by discarding Petals of Insight.
5. Conspiracy Theorist triggers, exiling Petals of Insight and allowing you to cast it from exile this turn.
6. Separatist Voidmage enters the battlefield, returning itself from the battlefield to your hand.
7. Cast Petals of Insight from exile by discarding Separatist Voidmage.
8. Repeat from step 2.

This clever loop uses Dream Halls as an alternative payment engine, letting you cast spells by discarding cards that share a color rather than paying mana. Conspiracy Theorist plays a crucial double-duty role here: whenever you discard to Dream Halls, its triggered ability lets you exile that discarded nonland card from your graveyard and cast it directly from exile that same turn. By repeatedly casting Petals of Insight to stack your library and return itself to your hand while using Separatist Voidmage to bounce itself back to your hand upon entering the battlefield, you can endlessly alternate casting them and feeding them to Dream Halls.
