How it works

1. Cast Petals of Insight by discarding Kiri-Onna.
2. Conspiracy Theorist triggers, exiling Kiri-Onna and allowing you to cast it from exile this turn.
3. Resolve Petals of Insight, putting the top three cards of your library on the bottom of your library, and returning Petals of Insight to your hand.
4. Cast Kiri-Onna from exile by discarding Petals of Insight.
5. Conspiracy Theorist triggers, exiling Petals of Insight and allowing you to cast it from exile this turn.
6. Kiri-Onna enters the battlefield, returning itself from the battlefield to your hand.
7. Cast Petals of Insight from exile by discarding Kiri-Onna.
8. Repeat from step 2.

This elegant loop turns your hand and graveyard into a self-sustaining engine by utilizing Dream Halls to bypass mana costs through discarding cards that share a color. Conspiracy Theorist is the linchpin here, intercepting those discards to exile the discarded spells and grant you permission to cast them right back out. Meanwhile, Petals of Insight constantly returns itself to your hand while manipulating your library, and Kiri-Onna triggers its own return to your hand upon being cast as a Spirit spell. Together, this sequence bounces the pieces back and forth indefinitely, generating boundless entry and exit triggers as well as a limitless storm count.
