How it works

1. Activate Devoted Druid by tapping it, creating a creature token.
2. When the token enters, Rosie triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on Devoted Druid.
3. Activate Devoted Druid by putting a -1/-1 counter on it, untapping it.
4. Repeat.

This clever loop turns Devoted Druid into a self-replicating engine by using Splinter Twin to grant it the ability to churn out token copies of itself. Each time a token enters, Rosie Cotton of South Lane triggers to drop a +1/+1 counter onto the original Druid, which conveniently cancels out the -1/+1 counter required to untap it with its own ability. This creates a perpetual cycle of tapping, copying, and untapping that completely circumvents the Druid's usual self-destruction. The result is an endless sea of hasty Druid tokens and infinite creature enters-the-battlefield triggers ready to overwhelm the table.
