How it works

1. Activate Sarkhan's first loyalty ability by putting a loyalty counter on it, causing it to become a legendary 4/4 Dragon creature with flying, indestructible and haste.
2. Activate Carrion Feeder by sacrificing Sarkhan.
3. When Sarkhan dies, Ratadrabik triggers, creating a token copy of Sarkhan that isn't legendary.
4. Resolve the Carrion Feeder ability.
5. Repeat using the Sarkhan token.

This clever loop turns Sarkhan, the Dragonspeaker into an endless sacrifice engine by leaning on his ability to transform temporarily into a creature. Once Sarkhan's plus-one activation makes him a creature, Ratadrabik of Urborg recognizes him as a dying legendary creature whenever Carrion Feeder consumes him, triggering the creation of a nonlegendary copy. Because that token inherits the same characteristics, it can also be fed to Carrion Feeder to repeat the cycle indefinitely, growing Carrion Feeder infinitely large while generating endless death and sacrifice triggers.
