How it works
Activate Carrion Feeder by sacrificing Shield Sphere.
Activate Salvager of Ruin by sacrificing it, returning Shield Sphere from your graveyard to your hand.
Cast Shield Sphere by paying 0.
Teshar triggers, returning Salvager of Ruin from your graveyard to the battlefield.
Repeat.
This clever loop is orchestrated by Teshar, Ancestor's Apostle, whose flying presence rewards you every time you cast a historic spell by pulling a small creature straight out of your graveyard. By utilizing Shield Sphere's zero-mana cost as your historic trigger, you trigger Teshar to continually resurrect Salvager of Ruin. Once Salvager of Ruin is back on the battlefield, its sacrifice ability lets you cycle Shield Sphere right back to your hand so you can recast it. Meanwhile, Carrion Feeder sits comfortably as the sacrifice outlet that enables this cycle while growing infinitely large on the back of all those recurring sacrifices.
